Subconscious bonds and deep loyalties exist in every aspect of our lives. Constellations tap into this Conscious Field of Totality and reveal what’s unseen that maybe having a negative effect in our lives. Our unconscious becomes conscious, allowing us the freedom to make a healthy, FUNctional, proactive choice that allows us to make a change. We can rewrite the script of our lives in a new,  positive and empowering way.

Constellation work uses this systemic field to reveal unresolved traumas in the lives of previous members, whose fates can persist and become entangled in subsequent and current generations.

A constellation experience is a deeply healing process that allows your subconscious to reveal what’s hidden from your awareness. Once you move something from the unconscious to the conscious, you are empowered to make better choices and resolve problems quicker and with ease. In essence, you no longer sabotage yourself from an unconscious state. You operate from conscious decision making.

We all live and breathe in a field of invisibly connected ‘systems’ – ancestral family systems, social/work systems, cultural systems, and spiritual systems. Each one of those systems is like a huge “net”, holding everyone and everything together to ensure the system’s strength and survival.  If there has been trauma in a system, it’s like damage to the net; the system itself is weakened and those close to the damage are especially vulnerable to harm and/or dysfunction.

Approaching a problem or an issue with a Constellation is rather like discovering and mending the damage that has occurred in the ‘nets’ that contain and profoundly influence it.  The problem or issue is held in an ancestral family net, social and/or work nets, cultural nets, and/or spiritual nets – and that is where a Constellation can mend it, where it’s healed.

During a Constellation experience, you are joining approximately 15 other attendees committed to breakthroughs in their lives. Each workshop encompasses activities that are focused on resolving any blind spots that may be getting in your way.

Typically, Gary facilitates 3-4 personal Constellation experiences, when you are in this role you are referred as the working client. These personal Constellations are pre-scheduled through our office. First-timers generally attend to understand the Constellation experience and see the possibilities for themselves. These pre-selected clients have a specific goal in mind. Gary facilitates a Constellation process that allows for hidden dynamics that you are unconsciously carrying, to be seen, released, and ultimately allows for profound transformation in your life to occur.

Systemic Ancestral, Family, and Organizational Constellations reveal and release hidden dynamics with which we are entanglement. These energetic, unconscious obstacles affect our health, our career, and our interpersonal relationships. Through the use of Representatives to access hidden dynamics, we gain objectivity and transformation. Witnessing the subtle dimensions that each problem contains actually transforms the energy, allowing for resolution.

Acknowledging these conditions can allow a resolution to arise that honors everyone and restores the flow of love and acceptance. This enables healing within the system.

Generally, a Constellation workshops lasts 2-4 hours. The individual sessions typically last 15-45+minutes depending on if it is a Quantum Activation, single-subject (shorter) or Systemic Family System constellation (longer). Sometimes it’s longer or shorter, regardless of the process time, the price remains the same. We also take group breaks between each session. For the most benefit, we ask that you stay for the entirety of the workshop. However if your schedule has a conflict, please let us know prior to the start of the workshop so we can accommodate your needs.

The client sets the goal, but the field determines the direction. So, as a client you may come to a session with a particular outcome that you want to see, you enter into a healing session, and the field activates. The field taps into your subconscious and catalyzes forward movement in the direction that you are seeking and is in your highest and best good for healing, growth & resolution.

You – as the working client – bring a “goal” to the session. Similar to how you would bring in a problem to a therapist or coach. The field activates as you choose a rep to do the work for your goal, and it then shifts any blocks that may be stopping your success and happiness. We’ve discovered from decades of research, that when you have the desire and goal to change your life, the constellation experience supports your goals and life desires at the deepest levels and at lightning speed. Many of those who attend, experience miraculous shifts.

Using Bert Hellinger’s effective “living constellation” method, participants reconstruct their family or organizational system to identify and solve fundamental issues. All participants get to choose their level of participation. Some may choose to observe. Others may serve as a “Rep” and represent an issue, person, or problem for the working participant/ client.  It’s a Win-Win for all attending.

Participants can choose among these levels of involvement:

• Observing from the seating circle
• Representing a person in someone else’s family
• Placing their family in the circle using representatives

The Distance Constellation is similar to the Constellation experience. However, the biggest difference is that the Distance Constellation does not require your physical presence. Instead, Gary uses an attendee proxy to Represent you, while still attaining your desired goals. It is not uncommon for people to remark that they receive the same results whether they are present at the actual workshop, or they experience the transformation through a Distance Constellation.

Organizational Constellations work in the same way as personal Constellations. However, the focus is on the application of the Constellation principles to cause breakthroughs within your organization. These breakthroughs alter workplace patterns and communication, allowing for more business growth. Organizational Constellations shift dynamics and increase employee retention, engagement and loyalty for your business.
